Does your company ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of the United States. As part of our expansion plans, we will be able to ship internationally.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our products are delivered by leading couriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx, and will require a signature upon delivery. At checkout, you will be informed of the selected courier and any available expedited shipping options.
When will my order be delivered?
The standard delivery timeline is between 3-7 business days. However, depending on the purchase date, your order can arrive in as little as 3 business days. While we strive for speedy delivery, keep in mind that courier delays may occur. Our commitment is to ship all items within the stated timeframe in order to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Is it possible to expedite my order?
You will see an expedited shipping option at checkout along with the fee if it is available.
Can I get a refund if my package is lost or stolen?
Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your package upon delivery, as our items require a signature regardless of cost. It is important to track your package to ensure its safe arrival. Although some couriers offer insurance, it may not cover the full value of your purchase. This signature requirement is in place to verify that a physical person was present at the time of delivery. It is important to note that we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
