Ranking of conditions
New - (Brand new. No Previous owner. Comes with original packaging) New handbags are exactly as stated. They have never been owned by anyone else and typically come with the original receipt, protective cover, outer box, authenticity card, and care instructions (If applicable). The handbag is in flawless condition and there are no issues to report. You will be the first owner of the handbag. Additionally, All of our new handbags are eligible for return.
Unused - (Never used by previous owner/like new condition) Unused condition refers to an item that has not been worn by the previous owner. The item is in like-new condition, showing no signs of wear or minor defects attributed to transport or storage, common with items during long periods of inactivity. If there are any defects it will be minimal or unnoticed and will be fully disclosed in the product description, as we value honesty and transparency with our customers.
Excellent - (Insignificant or minor flaws) Items in this category could range from mint condition with no noteworthy imperfections to items with insignificant or minor flaws. Minor flaws may include faint scratches, slight rubbing, or faint creases that is very minimal. Overall the previous owner meticulously maintained the bag, resulting in an impeccable condition. This indicates a close-to-mint quality and attests to the previous owner's careful attention.
Very Good - ( Slight imperfections or Blemishes) There may be some indications of use and minor imperfections. Common signs of use include lightly worn corners, slight material creases, slightly tarnished hardware, minor scratches, and inconsequential marks. The listing description will provide details regarding any noteworthy imperfections.
Good Condition - (Visible signs of wear) Items in good condition may have more noticeable imperfections such as scratches, stains, discolorations, creases, pressed marks, tarnishing of hardware, or odors. Alternatively, these imperfections may be hidden from view or undetectable when the bag is carried, such as under the flap, at the bottom, or on the inside. Despite this, the bag retains an abundance of durability and requires no refurbishing or cleansing.
Fair - (Moderate wear and tear) According to industry standards, a fair item is characterized by moderate to heavy damage. The item may exhibit discoloration, scratches, stains, tears, prominent watermarks, stickiness, frayed or cracked handles, significant tarnishing, and odors. In some cases, cleaning or restoration may be necessary before use. Please note that most items in our store are in good condition or better, and it is rare to find an item in fair condition in stock.
