Refund Policy
Pre-owned Items
There is a no return policy for pre-loved items. Please note that all sales are final. Since our pre-owned products are vintage and/or subject to normal wear and tear, we are unable to offer warranties or refunds.
A return on preowned items may be considered if the buyer provides one of the following valid reasons:
- The item is PROVEN FAKE (Proof MUST be provided. If no proof is provided, it will be treated as a non-considerable return. Authenticity Guaranteed.
- A different item was received from the one that was purchased.
- The item has significant issues that were not disclosed in its description.
Please note that these are pre-owned items. It is important to keep in mind that they may not be perfect, and flaws and signs of use can be expected. Return requests must be made within 3 days of shipment arrival. The item will not be eligible for return after three days. After the specified period, requests and messages will no longer be considered. In the event that a product error has occurred, we will provide a return label and will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon approval of the return, the item must be shipped within three days. Please contact support@kreelaan.com within three days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and will not be included in refunds.
New Items
New Designer Items are eligible for return. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to initiate a return request, you must do so within 7 days (the return window begins the day the tracking shows delivery status). Your return request must be sent to support@kreelaan.com. It is necessary for you to provide us with the full details of your order as well as the reason for the return. A return label will be provided to you for the return of the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, you will be issued a refund. The shipping charges will be covered if the mistake is on our part, otherwise the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Final sale new designer items are not eligible for return. It is important that you read the entire description before purchasing your item.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at support@kreelaan.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept returns of items sent back without first requesting a return. In the event that a return is made, please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return is the customer's responsibility.
Please inspect your order upon receiving. In certain cases, customers may be eligible for exceptions to final sales, such as if the wrong item was sent or if the item received is defective. In such cases, customers should contact customer service to resolve the issue and potentially receive a refund or exchange. It is important for companies to address these exceptions in order to maintain customer satisfaction and promote good consumer relations. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
